RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers Cancellation Rights

Consumers shall have the right to withdraw from the Agreement according to the following terms, where all natural persons entering into a legal relation with the purpose of conducting commercial or independent professional activities constitute to Consumers.

You shall be entitled to cancel this Agreement within fourteen days, without specifying the grounds for such cancellation.
The deadline for such cancellation shall be fourteen days from the date of the conclusion of the Agreement.
To exercise your right to cancel, you have to indicate your intention to do so in a clear, written statement (with your name, address, and if applicable, your telephone number, fax number and email address), for example in a mailed letter, telefax or email. You can do this by electronically filling out a sample cancellation form or making an individual, clear statement on our website [insert link] and by submitting it to us. Should you exercise this right, we will confirm receipt of such statement of cancellation without delay (for example via email).
To exercise your cancellation rights, it is sufficient to send us the statement with regards to the intention to do so within the cancellation deadline.


Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this Agreement, we shall refund all payments made by you to us, including shipping costs (except additional costs resulting from your choosing a shipping method other than the cost-efficient standard shipping offered by us) without delay, but within fourteen days the latest from the date of receipt of your cancellation notification. Refunds will be paid by the same payment methods that were used during the original transaction, unless we didn’t agree differently. Under no circumstances will we charge anything for the refund of these payments.
If you have requested to start the provision of the services within the cancellation deadline, you have to pay the service fees corresponding to the services already provided until receipt of your statement to exercise your cancellation right (in the proportion of the services already provided to the services that were foreseen to be provided in the original contract).
